Heat transfer Film
- #6501 (Complied with BS
EN471)
|
#6501 is a reflective film to be applied onto the fabric
with thermo and pressure. It is an open lens type reflective
film, consisting of high index reflective micro glass
beads, reflective layer and adhesive layer.
It is an epoch-making product and is designed to reflect
more than 90% of entered light by means of a unique reflective
layer.
It greatly enhances the night-time visibility of a wearer
so it is very useful to prevent traffic accident. Its

Class 2 materials
Clause 6.1 Retro-reflective performance requirements
of new materials; and clause 6.2 Retro-reflective performance
requirements after test exposures to abrasion, flexing,
folding at cold temperatures, temperature variation,
washing(50 cycle, drycleaning(25 cycle), and influence
of rainfall.
REFLECTIVE PERFORMANCE(BS
EN471) OF #6301 & #6501
#6501 fully meets and exceeds the requirements of
BS EN471(Table 5, Class 2) and is thus suitable for

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.Draw the letters or marks on the protective
paper and cut them with the scissor or cutter.
2.Remove the protective film from the back(then,
